Knee and joint pain can make even simple activities—walking, climbing stairs, exercising, working, or getting up from a chair—more difficult. At Adjusted Health & Wellness, we take a comprehensive approach to identifying what may be contributing to your pain and determining which treatment options are appropriate for you.
Whether your symptoms are related to osteoarthritis, an old injury, overuse, joint degeneration, or another musculoskeletal condition, we start with an individualized evaluation rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
A More Complete Joint Evaluation
Your evaluation may include a detailed history, orthopedic and functional examination, assessment of strength and mobility, and imaging when clinically appropriate.
With in-office X-ray and diagnostic ultrasound capabilities, we can evaluate many musculoskeletal conditions conveniently in our clinic. We can also review existing X-rays and MRI studies when available.
The goal is to understand what is causing your symptoms, how advanced the problem may be, and which treatment options make sense for you.

Non Surgical Treatment Options
Depending on your diagnosis, severity of symptoms, overall health, and treatment goals, your individualized plan may include:

Joint Injections
Joint Injections – Image-guided injections may be considered to help manage pain and inflammation when medically appropriate.
Hyaluronic Acid Injections – For appropriate patients with knee osteoarthritis, viscosupplementation may be considered to help improve joint function and reduce symptoms.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
PRP uses a concentrated preparation from your own blood and may be considered for certain joint and soft-tissue conditions.

Shockwave
A non-invasive treatment option used for certain chronic tendon, muscle, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Not Every Painful Joint Needs Surgery
-
Many patients with arthritis and chronic joint pain want to understand their options before considering more invasive treatment. Our goal is to determine what is causing your symptoms and discuss appropriate conservative, medical, and interventional options based on your individual condition.
-
Already have an X-ray or MRI? Bring it with you. We can review your available imaging as part of your evaluation and determine whether additional imaging is needed.
